enroute

This past weekend, I had the privilege of going back home to facilitate an Enroute learning experience. Jason hosted an Enroute experience at my old church, Grace Baptist Church in Calgary.

It was great to connect with old friends like Peter and his gang from Bethany Baptist in Red Deer as well as connect with new friends like Keith from Valleyview, AB.

For me, it was really special facilitating the training experience for my old youth group. It is a very humbling experience to help facilitate a learning experience with the majority of your former students being the participants.

I owe Grace Baptist Church and the students who made up Chosen One Student Ministries back then a lot for developing in me my understanding of ministry. I am who I am today in ministry because of the trust and belief that these students had in me. It is so great to see them leading the next generation of students at Grace to pursue Christ.
